We are committed to providing tailored technical solutions to overcome any operational challenges encountered.<br /><br /> In the role of Technical Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:<br /><br /><ul><li>Engaging with customers to discern and assess business opportunities and requirements effectively.</li><li>Participating in business meetings across the region to foster internal technical advancement within the region.</li><li>Supporting Account Managers by addressing technical inquiries, conducting field testing, and defining analytical test criteria.</li><li>Collaborating with Account Managers and District Managers to troubleshoot field issues promptly and adhere to established Program Development Processes.</li><li>Coordinating and overseeing field projects to validate customer needs and ensure efficient project management.</li><li>Addressing technical service requests and providing recommendations, leveraging the technical group as a resource.</li><li>Providing additional training and guidance to Account Managers to enhance their technical proficiency.</li><li>Communicating and introducing new technologies to the region, facilitating seamless integration.</li><li>Identifying opportunities for new business with existing customers and promoting the application of innovative technologies.</li><li>Ensuring customer expectations, both technical and business-related, are met effectively through proactive communication and collaboration.</li><li>Developing transition plans for new business initiatives and implementing new program applications accordingly.</li><li>Conducting comprehensive project reviews and delivering regular updates to key accounts and management stakeholders.</li></ul>Ignite Your Professional Journey<br /><br /> <em><strong>To excel in this role, A successful Candidate will have:</strong></em><br /><br /><ul><li>Four-year Technical Degree or Higher</li><li>A minimum of 5 years of experience in advanced technical training and sales across diverse product portfolios.</li><li>Exceptional multitasking abilities and adeptness at prioritizing concurrent projects with shifting deadlines.</li><li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts effectively across various organizational levels.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).</li><li>Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the capacity to influence and guide colleagues effectively.</li><li>Mastery of chemical applications for internal and external stakeholders, positioning oneself as a subject matter expert.</li><li>Willingness to travel extensively within the region, up to 50%, with occasional overnight stays as required.</li><li>Previous experience in mentoring or coaching indirect reports.</li><li>Adaptability to work under diverse weather conditions, including extreme temperatures.</li></ul>Tailor Your Work Experience<br /><br /> Recognizing the individuality of each team member, we offer flexible working arrangements from Monday to Friday (8 am-5 pm), with a willingness to accommodate business needs beyond standard working hours.<br /><br /> <em><strong>Join Our Team</strong></em><br /><br /> Are you ready to make a tangible impact in an environment that champions innovation and continual advancement?
