NES Fircroft is partnered with a world leader in mining who is seeking an experienced Training Coordinator for a permanent full-time opportunity based on site in the Bown Basin.

This position is permanent full time, 5/2 Roster. With the offer of an excellent remuneration package including performance-based bonuses. Relocation assistance may be available for eligible candidates.

About the Role

• Assist the training assessor to plan & coordinate training sessions
• Liaising with Department Managers and Supervisors to maintain crew compliance and required skills to meet business needs
• Scheduling Crew Trainer workloads and performing assessments to the required standards (including refresher training)
• Ensure all training documentation is accurately completed and entered

About You

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Training Coordinator position (desirable).
• Hold relevant Training Qualifications, with operational experience in Open-Cut Mining.
• A commitment to health, safety and continuous improvement.
• Great facilitator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
